Welcome to Offshore Courts. The website located at www.offshorecourts.com (the “Site”) is a copyrighted work owned and operated by Offshore Courts (“Offshore Courts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) establish the legally binding terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the Site. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO ACCESS THE SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
Please note: Section 10 below requires the use of binding arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes and limits the remedies available to you in the event of a dispute.

Subject to these Terms, Offshore Courts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
The rights granted to you are subject to the following restrictions: (a) you may not sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or commercially exploit the Site; (b) you may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Site; (c) you may not access the Site to build a similar or competitive website; and (d) unless expressly permitted, no part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, or transmitted in any form. Offshore Courts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Site at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Except for User Content you may provide, all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Offshore Courts or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights except for the limited license described above.
4. Third-Party Links & Ads; Other Users
The Site may include links to third-party websites or ads. Offshore Courts is not responsible for such content. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk, and their terms and policies apply.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. Offshore Courts is not liable for any interactions between users. By using the Site, you release Offshore Courts from any disputes arising from such interactions.

6. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” OFFSHORE COURTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFSHORE COURTS AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).
8. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
9. Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid infringement claims. Notifications must include details of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief and accuracy.
10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
(a) All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
(b) Arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator. If claims exceed $10,000, hearings may be requested; otherwise, arbitration may be non-appearance-based.
(c) Claims must be brought within applicable statutes of limitation.
(d) Parties waive all rights to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.
(e) Arbitration proceedings shall remain confidential except as required by law.
(f) This agreement survives termination of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Where arbitration does not apply, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ontario.
12. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement.
13. Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Offshore Courts. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
