Offshore Courts has a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at returns@offshorecourts.com and include a picture of the unopened package(s) to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense to:

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label to affix over the original label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Offshore Courts does not cover inbound freight charges for returns unless explicitly authorized in writing by senior management.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items are visibly damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at 416-889-8984 or returns@offshorecourts.com. Provide multiple photos of the packaging and contents from all angles, and note any damage on the delivery paperwork at the time of signing.
Send detailed photos and a copy of the bill of lading with your notes so we can begin the review process.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items – Custom Design Exclusion
Custom-designed products are non-refundable. This includes custom colors (Pantone or otherwise), custom shapes, modifications from standard designs, or items bearing custom logos.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but in most situations, exchanges are not available.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the EU, excluding custom designs, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must be in the same unused condition and original packaging as received, with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all freight charges, duties, taxes, VAT, and tariffs in both directions.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post refunds. If 15 business days pass after approval with no refund, please contact us at returns@offshorecourts.com.
